Growing up, I fondly remember enjoying ice cream at the beloved old Dairy Queen location. When news broke about its closure, I shared in the disappointment felt by our community. Fast forward to today, and it’s been a genuine privilege to be part of creating the new “Big Chill” neon sign, a nostalgic nod to the vintage charm of the past.
This project went beyond the craftsmanship of a sign; it was a journey back to the memories and moments shared at that iconic Dairy Queen spot. Crafting the neon tubes was like breathing new life into a cherished part of our community’s history. The opportunity to contribute to redeeming that situation and preserving our unique identity was truly special.
